UTILITAS is BAUBLOCK’s medium-density external-wall family. Compared with TERMECO, it places more emphasis on strength and acoustic performance while retaining the low weight and thermal characteristics associated with AAC.

Where It Fits
It is a sensible family to consider for external walls where robustness and sound reduction matter alongside thermal efficiency — for example residential projects near roads, mixed-use projects or wall zones with higher fixing demands.
Installation Considerations
Use thin-bed mortar and maintain the dimensional accuracy of the system. Junctions to structure, movement details, openings and external finishes should follow the architect/engineer specification and applicable BAUBLOCK technical guidance.
